The Design And Implementation Of Fixed Assets Management System For National Rural Bank In Wujiaqu

Fixed assets management is an important and basic work in enterprise. Scientific fixed assets management can effectively reduce running cost of enterprise. Under the background of current economic globalization, enterprise often adjust the management strategy of fixed assets according to the change of market. However, the national rural bank in Wujiaqu can't adapt to such change for fixed assets management. Aiming at this situation, the dissertation design and implement a set of fixed assets management system which is suitable for the actual fixed assets management of the unit. The system can meets user actual requirement on the function and enhance the management level and efficiency of fixed assets.The fixed assets management system of the dissertation is complemented based on MVC.The programing language uses ASP.NET and the background uses SQL Server 2012. The dissertation describes the background and significance of this task firstly. Then it explains the key technology and theory which are used in the system. After explain the system goal, it analyses business requirement, function requirement and non-function requirement of fixed assets management system base on this basis. In the phase of system design, it describes the design procedure of system function design through function module diagram, E-R model diagram and database table structure. In phase of implementation, it introduce the procedure of system implementation through key interface and flow diagram. In the phase of system testing, it describes system function testing through function test use case.The system is already run in the national rural bank in Wujiaqu. Each function of system is correct. The technology and methods applied in the system have certain reference signification and reference value for other similar system development.
