Assets-Value is the outcome of our country's market economy. It's operation comes down to many economical actions such as attorning property right, reforming enterprise, bankruptcying and liquidating, assets mortagaging, assets ratepaying and so on. It becomes a basical agencies vocation in our country's market economy although it's has a short period from its naissance. It's acts an important role that judging the development of our country'market economy and our country's advancement. In this paper, I try to founding a steady and high-efficiency platform on network environment for assets-value, and try to foundation it's basically theoretic and basically ways. I analyzes the Assets-Value vocation's and the information technology vocation's developments actuality and trend, and bring forward a new and based on EDC 's (Enterprise Data Center) way for assets-value. It brings assets-value and assets-value's project management into this system.In order to realize the aim, I bring out the conception of EDC and study EDC's background, action, structure and design in this paper. I use the UML (Unified Modeling Language) to model the system and to analyze requirement for assets-value system based on EDC, and I research the system's structure. I place the important on the research of the basically theory and realizing method in assets-value based on EDC.I design the assets-value project management to manage all tache of assets-value such as colligation management, quality controlling, project assessing and so on. Assets-value based on EDC needs a higher platform security and data security, and needs all participant a higher truehearted and creditable characteristic. I also study it in this paper and bring out many practical solving scheme and some advices. In the conclusion part of the paper, I summarize the content and give out the later searching's emphases and direction. The study in this paper is a new field in assets-value vocation. Supposing it can bring into effect successful. It can summarize some similarity theory in the vocation such as accountant office, law office, and consultation office. It can accelerate development of the whole agency vocation.
