Design And Implementation Of Union Fixed Assets Management System

The management of the fixed assets is a very important part in the daily management of the trade unions.Every year,the loss of state assets caused by poor management of union fixed assets is very serious.However,the fixed assets management of many trade unions is still in manual management,which is inefficient and can not adapt to the current development of trade union management.In order to manage the fixed assets of the trade union scientifically and effectively and integrate the resources of the trade union at all levels,the union fixed assets management system is designed and implemented in this paper.In function,the system can complete the purchase of assets,scrap,transfer,borrow and so on,and can manage the depreciation of assets,automatic calculation of annual depreciation rate and asset value.These management functions can well manage the Union's fixed assets and prevent the passage of assets.The system also has the function of data query,and the trade union personnel can quickly query the specified asset information,which improves the efficiency of daily management.In addition,the system has the function of statistical analysis,and can count the assets within the jurisdiction of the user,and the statistical results can provide the basis for the decision of union leaders.The system can complete all asset disposal process management,and the management of examination and approval results can be stored in the database.In this way,the human participation is reduced and the process of asset disposal is standardized.The use of this system is B/S architecture,and this architecture is the mainstream architecture of Web application development,with convenient application deployment,low development cost,short development cycle,easy maintenance.The whole design and development process of the system uses the object-oriented development idea,and combines ASP.NET technology and AJAX technology,which ensures the quality of development while improving the user's experience.After the completion of the system development,this thesis uses black box testing to verify the correctness of the system function and reduce the risk of users.After the application of this system,it can completely change the management mode of the union fixed assets,improve the efficiency of management,and serve as areference for other management work of the trade union.
