Design And Implementation Of Fixed Assets System Of Guangzhou Open University

The research of fixed asset management system is necessary choice for Guangzhou Open University to strengthen the management of fixed asset of the school,push forward scientification and standardization of fixed asset management work,improve the optimal allocation and effective use of all kinds of asset,and realize network management of fixed asset.On the basis of having investigated the school's management requirement and management system of fixed asset,this paper realizes the implementation of the task of management step by step and extracts roles of various departments like person in charge of asset,asset manager and asset user.By taking asset card as the center,and revolving around life cycle of asset card,it realizes fixed asset management system based on J2 EE framed design,as well as functional models including asset going into storage,asset going out of storage,asset returning,asset back to storage,asset allocation,asset handling,asset handover,and asset change.Major working processes of this system covers : routine management activities of relevant asset conducted by asset management department including asset going into storage,asset change,asset handling,and asset handover,etc.The asset auditing procedure comes after the submitting of relevant works.Asset auditing refers to reviewing of asset information sheet submitted by asset using departments.Once all the auditing process is passed the asset can formally enter into account.The practice shows that through this asset management system,the effective monitoring of material of school,functions of in-time and accurate inquiry,statistic,analysis,and printing of asset information,network management of asset,coordinated work of various MIS system and asset information,and paperless,networked and standardized management of every business procedure of asset management can be realized.
