Design And Implementation Of Fixed Assets Management System For Kunlun Energy

Fixed assets are critical resources of enterprises, the management of which directly affects the Table operation of the enterprise. Currently problems like relying on manual management; lack of daily management and regulatory means; lack of middle tracking management. Therefore, how to efficiently manage large, dispersed assets, saving costs at the same time make profits or maximize efficiency has become every business or institution are deeply concerned about the issue.The fixed assets management system described in the paper focusing on the fixed asset information management for Kunlun Energy Company Limited, based on ASP.NET framework, using SQL Server as the back-end Table is of an efficient, integrated management platform. Asset management module implementation process which is the main function of this system is as follows:In assets storage process, asset information entered first by the buyer, submitting an application to the storage warehouse manager, then warehouse manager in the audition of application makes a registration in the accounts only after the application has passed the audition. In assets requisition process, the user submits application to asset managers, after asset managers approve the application the approving officer will audit this application, through the approval after the audition, the designated warehouse manager will grant the user the asset he/she applies for. In asset retirement process, the user made an application, after approval and the entity inspection by the warehouse manager, hen change the inventory details. In addition, this system also has the restoration, transfer, return and depreciation functions of assets, with comprehensive function coverage, to achieve the informational and systematic asset management.Test feedback indicates that the system can meet the basic functional requirements and this system has been put into trial operation.
