It can also backup the data by the mode of files and pre-process the information. Then it can process database conservation management by special criterion. By using web service to allot and control purviews, it makes different users search and manage. For adapting fast development of aviation transportation now, it make itself electronic to strengthen conservation and search of history meteorological information.System test proves that this system has high level performance and reliability. It can be easily operated and has powerful search functions. Demonstrated in the work of operational flexibility and practicality.
