The Research And Realization Of Data Information System Of Military Meteorological Base On WEB

According the requirement of meteorological services,many units have built their data systems which used different designing technology and database types,base on different computer platform.And with the historic and technological factors,there existed lots of isolated application systems because unification design and standared between the systems were less for sharing the information with other systems.So it is critical to constitute the uniform normative interfaces between the disparate systems, to exchange and share the data via computer network, to realize the consolidated and one-port meteorological information system ultimately.Simultaneously,how to put the data detect by the new apparatus into the synthetical database systems.Moreover,more new equipments will be employed that demand the system should provide higher extensibility and more standard application interfaces.Dot Net platform is aimed to the next generation Internet applica tion and it is published by Microsoft. It provides a whole new program design model to develop Web application program on the basis of Microsoft Dot Net Framework. It make up many flaws in traditional techniques and add a lot of very useful characters. The development on the basis of Dot Net flat will make a large improvement in the development efficiency, capacity of system, and expansibility. This system is based on Dot Net platform, it makes the system achieve a comparatively satisfying degree on practicaly operation and functional performance after the system was finished. Practice proves the system has good stability, efficiency, maintainability, and expansibility. Comparing to the tradional tech, the Dot Net plat shorten the working hours, depress the difficulty of development and reduce the system's cost.To accommodate to new requirement of weather services,the integration between the current different application systems and databases should be enforced,the search of data memorized and the share of data also should be enhanced.Aiming at the demand in integrating the existing data resources,conceiving the uniform information platform,we discuss WEB database design background and whole article frame,we introduce the weather concept of probability prediction,set up the equation of visibility probability predictions,set the basic skeleton of this system base on WEB,utilized ADO.NET to put up the consolidated operation,we strengthened the security of the whole system anddata during the process of share.
