Meteorological Information Service System is a kind of service systems whichcan finish the publicity of electronic government affair, revelation of meteorologicalinformation and deploitation of meteorological professional work through internet bythe development of internet technology in recent years.At present, how to use the up-to-date internet programme technology to create ahigh-performance and credible scenario of meteorological information service hasalready been a hot spot of the applications of internet technology in MeteorologyIndustry. Microsoft Co. has pushed out Microsoft Visual Studio. NET recently, as apart of their .NET strategy, it is a flawless combination of programming languageand development tool to set new- generation network application and desktopapplications. It can create the new-pattern, high-efficiency and distributivity scenarioof meteorological information service through the class libraries, the flawlessIntegration Development Environment(IDE),the powerful function of the agile andabundant programming language and the related data base technology in the .NETFramework.This dissertation works over how to use the .NET technology(includingASP.NET, ADO.NET) and data base technology to create meteorological informationservice system plat roof mainly. Splitted into below listed parts mostly:.Using ASP.NET technology to set consumer interface and basic networkprogram structure of the Meteorological Information Service System。.Using ADO.NET technology to set high-performance, secure connection andinterview to the back-end data base in the Meteorological Information ServiceSystem.Using Oracle and related data-base technology to set secure and credible database as the resource of the back-end data in the Meteorological Information ServiceSystem。The combination of all the parts above can build the basic structure ofmeteorological information service scenario, with some aspects which need to payattention to in the special industry of Meteorological Information Service Systemrunning through all the parts of exploitation process at the same time, such asefficiency and security problems and so on.This dissertation studies and discuss detailed about all the parts above and therelationship between them on the foundation of development of the resolve scenariofor an actual Meteorological Information Service System, and finally come into beingan integrated, new-pattern settle scenario through the implement of each part and theirorganic combination by their internal relation.
