Now the world is in the stage of rapid development,and traditional manufacturing is facing the huge challenge.As a typical example of traditional manufacturing,the domestic tire manufacturing is facing a lot of problems,the informatizational degree is low and the performance of real-time monitoring is poor.The root cause of the problem is the ‘information gap',which means the information between the ERP system in the upper and the PCS in the underlying can't be shared timely and effectively.It doesn't meet the requirements of ‘Made in China 2025'.MES can be used as an intermediary between ERP and PCS,it can fill up the ‘information gap',optimize enterprise resource and improve the production efficiency.In consideration of traditional MES's poor universality,weak integration and poor agility,based on Industrial IOT,a monitoring system of tire MES is designed.This system uses the mixed model with B/S and C/S to realize the fuctional combination of data collection and processing,historical data query,users' interface display,information checking,real-time monitoring.There is a world of difference in communication interface and the degree of automation,so we choose C/S mode in the real-time data acquisition layer;And for the business layer,this layer faces managers,it takes charge of implementation of users' query result display and operation instruction of entry,which requires the large coverage,so we use B/S mode.The key technologies of executive end include OPC XML-DA,MVVM frame and database.This paper gives the specific design and architecture of the software in production field.Firstly,this paper carries out a detailed requirements analysis on the client software and PDA software in software basic goal,functional requirements and non-public functional requirements.Then,this paper does the architecture design for the important modules of the client software and PDA software,and carries out the flow charts of the main modules.Software system mainly implements the data collection of tyre production field,plan issued and performance reporting.I am generally responsible for development of data collecting interface,the module of production plan switch,the module of machine status query,the module of shifting of duty in the client software and the module of production download,the module of out of storage operation,the module of location inventory in the PDA software.For the scene real-time data acquisition,in consideration of the data source coming from various manufacturers of different types of PLC,we choose KEPServer EX V4.0 as collection tool and use TCP/IP as communication protocol in data collection.The result of the test run indicates that tire MES effectively monitors tire producting procedure in realtime and improves the manufacturer's quality control system,which provides reliable data for enterprise's managers.According to the actual production,the qualification rate of products remains high in recent months.This shows that software basically realizes the design goals.
