With the rapid development of information technology, such as the Intranet/Internet, the ability of seamless integration between management layer and field control layer is required as well as an open infrastructure. Information network is at the up layer of industry-enterprise network and is the carrier of transmission and sharing of enterprise data. Control network is at the under layer of industry-enterprise network, It not only makes the industry production reach the higher automation level, but also creates the essential condition for realizing the integration of control and administration in the whole enterprise. FieldBus is one of important technologies of Infrastructure Network field, and it always plays a key role in all kinds of industrial field control. In the other side, Ethernet technology has been developing rapidly. And its some characters overcome some limitations of original fieldbus. So there are lots of research on Industrial Ethernet technology appling to control Network domain.Combining a actual project about design the control system of tire tread extruding line, the thesis introduced a control system of equipment based on the Infrastructure Network technology. According to the requirement of control system, The system adopted a fieldbus plus industrial Ethernet structure. The fieldbus of Profibus which meets the former discussed requirement is discussed in detail, and the characteristics excelling other techniques are analyzed, and the design method has been introduced. The procedure design methods have also been analyzed in detail, such as the technology of multilayer programming, the technology of the codes of dealt with the mistake and the codes implementation technique, etc. The application of fieldbus has solved the control problems efficiently resulted from the complexity of the manufacturing flow, excessiveness and disperse of I/O, multiplicity of equipments, high demand of harmonization between control equipments.Then, to integrate all sub-system or devices into the synthetic system, it was put forward to lead the Ethernet technique into the control network. According to the requirement of industrial control system, the key techniques of traditional Ethernet for industrial field control, such as real-time communications, and interoperability, etc. are discussed in this dissertation. And more the necessity and difficulties and the principles to realize the Interconnection between Information Network and Infrastructure Network are described in detail. At last, the networked control system based on Ethernet is put forward; also its hardware and software for the system are designed in this paper.The performance of network and system running result that come into being in experiment indicate the effectivity and practicality of the method. The hardware and software have been implemented in many tire tread production lines.
