Tpms Tire Pressure Monitoring System Of Key Technology Research And Engineering To Achieve

TPMS is the abbreviated form of Tire Pressure Monitoring System, which is used to get the in-tire parameters and report them to car driver, especially when the tires are in bad condition. With the increase of the mass's self-protect consciousness and the development of related laws, TPMS is increasingly gaining more and more attention, which results in wider and deeper researches into it. Nowadays, old ways like Wheel-Speed Based (WPB) TPMS is gradually abandoned because of poor accuracy and ambiguous alarming, and Pressure-Sensor Based (PSB) TPMS has found its place.The author firstly introduces the systematic architecture and historic/future development of TPMS system, analysis the detailed application environment and design principles, then studies all the relevant theories like source coding, RF modulation, antenna and etc. Based on that foundational research, some technical improvement and innovation are proposed, like the recognition and re-recognation of tires, realization of low power consumption and structure design of both transmiting and receiving antennas, etc. In the end, a whole design process of a PSB TPMS is described in every detail, it is proved to be with good performance according to testing.
