At present,my country's warehousing logistics development has entered the explosive period of smart logistics innovation,and the innovation model such as "Internet + Wisdom Warehouse" has developed rapidly and gradually became the core content of industrial Internet.Artificial intelligence technology has been integrated into the production storage environment of the logistics industry,and the development of smart warehousing logistics equipment saves human resources,give full play to the machine to change people,the goods find someone,the audio and management of the operation,follow the relying on the Internet and intelligence algorithm.The core idea of automatic control of logistics warehousing is real intelligent by producing logistics information,rapid,efficient,traceability,and real intelligence.As the core of smart logistics,the warehousing management system enables the entire industry to develop in the direction of efficient operation and rapid circulation.The off-site technological transformation project of a large-scale manufacturing enterprise in Luohe L is a project that takes the brand development service as the design purpose and builds the industry's lean management characteristic chemical factory as the positioning project.With the fierce competition among domestic manufacturing enterprises,there is great room for improvement in the warehouse management process of L enterprise.This article takes the remote technological transformation project of a large-scale manufacturing enterprise in Luohe L as the research object.Based on the in-depth understanding of the needs of the project,it integrates robotics and digital carrier technology,designs a warehouse management system,forms an intelligent production logistics platform,and realizes the integration of raw materials and finished products.Unmanned warehousing with integrated management.The main research contents are as follows:(1)In terms of system flow optimization,the design and process optimization of industrial Internet manufacturing logistics platform based on digital vectors is proposed to achieve management intelligence.In response to traditional manufacturing workshop management processes,there is a low efficiency in the warehousing management,in the library management and outbound management,according to the actual situation of the production workshop of the Luohe L,the system needs and the digital carrier technology such as RFID and QR code are introduced,and the RFID-based warehouse management system is designed to replace the tradition by more flexible intelligent equipment.To the warehouse management system in the warehouse management and warehouse management in the work process of detailed analysis and process optimization.(2)In terms of scheduling optimization,a smart warehousing logistics robot scheduling program based on improved ant colony algorithm is proposed to realize job intelligence.The "People 's Finding" model is by the machine,and the scheduling of the AGV trolley avoidance path planning is optimized to verify the effectiveness of the algorithm.(3)In the existing three-dimensional warehouse as prototype,the development of smart logistics warehousing platform is achieved,and the operation platform is realized.Relying on the development model separated by the front and rear end of the MVVM,first,the development background and key technologies that implement the platform are discussed.Secondly,the system development framework design is based on the platform function,based on ER physical relationship analysis,design database table structure.Finally,the key module function is implemented,and the functional test is performed,and the feasibility of this paper is verified.Through the improvement of the software management level of the system to enhance the degree of warehouse automation,the operation platform is improved to improve the intelligent level of warehouse management,which is convenient for the visual management of goods in the warehouse,and further improves the workflow transparency.
