In recent years,economic globalization is developing rapidly,in the context of the German"Industry 4.0"strategy and the Chinese"Smart Manufacturing 2025"program of action,the role of information construction in the survival and development of enterprises has been recognized by more and more enterprises.Manufacturing execution system can effectively manage the workshop and carry out enterprise information construction,which is an important part of intelligent manufacturing.Current manufacturing execution systems are mostly developed using the C/S architecture.Limited to the client system,resulting in an increase in software development and delivery costs,which is not conducive to small and medium-sized enterprises to control the cost of system deployment.The use of Web technology to develop manufacturing execution systems based on B/S architecture has many advantages such as low development cost,high efficiency,and cross-platform.However,it is limited to the lag of traditional technologies,and it has certain problems in application performance and development efficiency.With the rapid development of Web technologies,Web applications have the ability to support complex systems.For the maintenance and performance problems of traditional web application development,the system front end is built based on MVVM mode,and the development framework based on React.js is the core.Reduce code coupling,improve reusability,and improve system performance through modular development and code optimization tools.The system server development is based on Node.js,which can efficiently build high-concurrency network response services.The main work and achievements of this paper include:combining the market demand and performance experience requirements of the system,designing a three-tier architecture model based on front-end presentation layer,business logic layer and data persistence layer.Based on the above technology,the core function modules such as order management,finished product and raw material management,personnel and department management,document management,equipment management,planned scheduling,production monitoring,and warehouse management are designed and manufactured in detail.The configuration software solution is used to collect the underlying data,and the WebSocket technology is used to realize real-time data acquisition by the client.According to the picking scene in the warehouse management module,the optimal path algorithm is implemented based on the genetic algorithm,the scheduling of the picking up vehicle is optimized,the efficiency of the workshop is improved,and the running performance of the algorithm is optimized in combination with the Web Worker technology optimization algorithm.Finally,detailed testing of the functional integrity and effectiveness of each module of the systerm was carried out,and the system performance was verified to meet the actual use requirements.
