With the fast development of information technology, Ethernet hasbeen widely used in the information management network for enterprises,also it provides a new way for the designs of the control network for plantbottom floors. Industrial Ethernet locates in the production fields of thefactories, its communication protocols are in basic agreement with that ofinformation management network, it can completely realize theinformation integration between the field control layer and themanagement layer, and can really combine control with management as awhole. Accordingly, it makes a further improvement of the automationlevel of the factories, and promotes the coordination control andoptimization control of the production more efficiently. In recent years,new intelligent devices and new standards of Industrial Ethernet are justin development and establishment, a faster and more reliable IndustrialEthernet is about to appear, it will certainly promote the widely use of theEthernet in the industrial fields.This thesis's research is based on the background of the design forthe tire curing process control system. Firstly, it uses equivalent curetheory and heat transfer theory to improve the algorithm of curing timecontrol, the practical application indicates that the refined algorithm canreduce the phenomenas of tyres'overcure and undercure efficiently. In thetyre curing process, the controlled temperature object has some factors ofindefiniteness, nonlinearity and time delay, against these features, thethesis improves the algorithm of Smith predictive control throughimporting BP and RBF neural network, which are used for tuning of thePID parameters and model identification respectively. After that, itdesigns a training algorithm for the neural networks, in order to realizefast and global optimization of the net parameters, both the derivativemechanism (LM algorithm) and random mechanism (PSO algorithm) areimported in the new training algorithm. It is indicated by the simulationsthat, compared with the original one, the new temperature controlsystem's control effects improve obviously.Based on above, the thesis designs an Ethernet based control network for the curing machines. In this part, it analyzes the hardwarestructure, network configuration and system functions firstly. After that,through the combination of main protocols and software functionreqirements of the curing system, it introduces the data frame structuresand the C/S mode based reliable communication pattem used by themonitor and control software, in order to realize large scale responses ofnet-events, "Complete Port" model is used in the communication programdesign. At last the thesis uses object oriented methods to analyze softwarefunctions for the curing system, describes the development details of themain modules, and introduces the system's operational aspect in thecuring fields. The operational results has proved the efficiency, feasibilityand practical value of the system designed by this thesis, recently, thehardware and software has been implemented in many curing workshop. |
