Abstract/Summary:
It has been widely favored by the Bank’s management staff that, since the very early on, an integrated customer management system with IT functions as a new type of marketing idea and management mode, which is also studied by the author major in IT. As the unified entrance for credit staff and customer manager to inquire, input and maintain every information of our clients, customer management system can be also defined as a frame in which every dynamic or static information can be mastered during the whole credit procedure. The range of such unified management is within the whole Banking system including customers’unified images and database. This kind of most basic support of customer information is helpful for Bank’s credit operations.This article mainly focus on the current status of the study in Bank’s customer management system. It first introduces detailed system frame as well as the OS design and operations.By summarizing the specialty of customer management, the system automatically modularizes the customer relationship management and information management. As a result, it will improve system’s maintainability and development. No matter for the front display or the background system running for logical use, this system will meet any demand of the major business bank regarding customer management.Based on the analysis of the demand, we details the functions and roles of the system by means of modularizing design when we develop the system. At the same time, we point that the system shall contain following modules:users’information management module, target customer characteristic analysis management module, target customer information management module, customer manager management module, and customer analysis management module.The system frame is designed based on the analyzing of demand with current technology, meanwhile all the functional modules are separated into different segment. This system is also developed and designed by ORACLE J2EE system as the front system, and Microsoft SQL SERVER database as the background system, customer relationship management of BANK OF YINGKOU is greatly improved thanks to system’s efficiency, which maintains the relationships of customers in a easy way.
