Big data era is coming after experiencing 20 years of the development of Internet and communication technology. As a result, boundless opportunities and huge market space spring up.At present, most large enterprises have realized the importance of accumulating, analyzing and mining customer information. At the same time, they are analyzing and managing data through various means. The characteristics of SMEs is small scale、limited market、low brand awareness、limited marketing budget weak technology and low awareness of the importance of data.According to the situation of SMEs, Fujian Postal Service Administration puts forward a set of development idea based on data. From the point of view of creating database for the small and medium-sized enterprise, they provide services of the database marketing and help SMEs to solve the marketing problem and thus to achieve common development with SMEs and a win-win situation. For the present, Fujian Postal Service Administration has huge customer resources and large direct mail business foundation. But as the provider of database marketing service, its brand positioning, professional ability and team experience need to adjust gradually.Firstly, it needs to open up more channels for marketing from the customer’s point of view to establish data model and use accurate spread propaganda mode instead of traditional direct mail delivery of marketing way. Secondly, it needs to enrich data attributes and shares customer resources date through data analysis and data mining with merchant. Thirdly, it pays attention to authorize personal data and to make good use of its own member data for enterprises from the point of view of data security.This paper focuses on the development idea for SMEs via Fujian Postal Service Administration on the basis of in-depth researching on platform development, database knowledge and B/S three-tier model, such as the construction of the system. It proposes a customer management system for Postal SMES based on ASP.NET. It aims at providing service of managing, classifying, querying g and caring with SMES by using the system. Meanwhile, it provides marketing management, product management and other integrated data service for internal staff of SMES. The developing of this system has great significance for Fujian Postal Service Administration to develop clients of SMES and provides strong background support for the Fujian Postal Service Administration to help SMES to create database and database marketing.
