Along with the social modernization and marketization increase, competition inenterprises alsobecome more intense.The successful implementation of customer relationship management will bringmany successful changes. Performance is in the following respects:(1) improvingcustomer satisfaction, customer loyalty and the competitive advantage of the enterpriseare improved and the budget efficiency became maximization;(2) enterprise human roleclarity, the redesign of business processimproves the efficiency of processing service;(3)use the data resources reasonably and effectively. On the base of the CRM researchbackground and significance of the foundation, this paper puts forward a CRM designprogram in the visual data management platform (VFP).In general, this system includes five function modules: customer informationmanagement module, customer complaints daily management module, managementmodule, business enterprise report management module and system maintenancemodule.On the visualization data platform, the use of modern software engineeringideas,makes the CRM system achieve the desired design objectives. This technique usesthe object-oriented programming, has good reusability code, good scalability, and highimplementation efficiency.This paper summarizes the main research content of customer relationshipmanagement, presents the research conclusion, put forward the problems andshortcomings in the research process, and the future design direction make clear.
