Recruitment of human resources management is a indispensable important segment, it is the human resources management the first gateway. The recruitment of enterprise management is the core of human resources management system, loading from business strategy and objectives, for the enterprise personnel. On the web based human resource management system research and Realization in the selection, recruitment management as the breakthrough point, to the recruitment management system based on Web are studied at the same time, for the human resource management system based on Web to achieve beneficial exploration. As a talent management platform components,The thesis according to the status of domestic talent recruitment and traits of Haixing Agency in Yingkou recruitment, puts forward the general objectives to the system, and adopts prototype system to capture requirements. With a use case driven approach, this article establishes use models for system's functional requirements, and focuses on analyzing recruitment flow management and resume import management in order to obtain system's requirements and design guidelines.The main subject of the paper completed several important tasks:(1) On the basic of the characteristics of the existing recruitment system, with the management of in the recruitment process of the special needs, developed a goals of system.(2) Carding the. NET technologies, database access technology and other related knowledge that are used in the development.(3) Carding oil companies in the recruitment of HR related business processes, recruitment administrator of the system to sort out the actual demand.(4) The overall system design and detailed design work is completed, and the recruitment management system is divided into five modules, followed by further functional segmentation these five modules. In the end, the database design is completed.(5) In accordance with system design, recruitment management system construction is completed and the system is tested.The system enables the automation of human resources management. And it provides an accurate, precise, rapid changing in personnel information for decision-makers. The application of this system not only improved the management of enterprises, optimized the enterprise's human resources management, but also innovate the enterprise's management philosophy. What's more, it improves comprehensively operating efficiency and management level within the enterprise, and enhances the enterprise's core competence. The overall test of the system show that, the system function reach the target. It has been online and run well.
