Research On The Evolution Of The System Of Online Video Industry’s Core Competence

The network audio-visual industry in China is growing along with the innovation and development of technology in network, communication and so on. The environment of the industry has become more complicated, and the comp etition in market has been more fierce. In order to strengthen the industry ’s continuous advantage in competition, it is inevitable to study the core competence of the industry, especially the study on its formation. However, traditional study methods have limitations in the complex and comprehensive analysis on core competence, which need to be improved and innovated.The industry and its core competence as complex systems.This study regards the core competence as a collective concept, the core competence system of the network audio-visual industry. It is a network audio-visual system which is for the continuous advantage in marketing competition. The competence system of the industry consists of core resources and core competence, including self-made content resources, big data technology resources, integration and coordination ability, and learning innovation ability. The competence system is in an open and complex external condition, which has interactions with its external macro environment and industri al environment. This system has a clear framework, from the inside out, including micro-generation system, medium industrial system, and macro-environmental system respectively. The whole competence system has four features of openness, hierarchy, nonlinearity, and emergence.The core competence system must go through three stages, emergence and generation, co-development, and self-adaptive strengthening. Self-organized strengthening mechanism is the mechanism of competence system evolution, mainly based on the operation and interaction of dynamic mechanism, balance mechanism and adjustment mechanism. Among them, cooperative dynamic mechanism release the energy produced and developed by the system; the cooperative balance mechanism ensures the steady and ordered process. In addition, the cooperative adjustment mechanism plays a main part in the optimization and coordination of the two former mechanisms.
