Nevertheless, traditional manual statistics for all the business processes and information management will be difficult to meet the growing demand for auto service industry. So in order to improve the sales of auto service industry management, inventory management, performance appraisal and the other various aspects of efficiency, it needs to design and develop a set of perfect car service terminal system.In this paper, I refine the Reifeng automobile service 4s stores for practical reference; combine with the stores daily management work; use the object-oriented thought; base on ASP.NET and SQL Server technology; use a three-tier structure; designed and developed a set of auto service terminal system. This system is divided into seven business analysis and system management module:sales management, member management, inventory management, service management, performance appraisal, according to the main functions. The store staff could carry out the implementation of customer consumption, member, inventory and after-sales management; The managers are able to store business conditions, and store staff permission to set up and performance appraisal, thus for each role permissions and work analysis, the whole system has realized the store personnel able to auto service terminal users, inventory query, add, modify, delete, such as registration, report the function such as import and export.Now, this system has been on a pilot run and has been got the user's high praise, which provided the automotive service outlets a reasonable, scientific and effective intelligent management solution. Not only arouse the enthusiasm of the staff, and improve the efficiency of the store staff, strengthen the company human resources management work, also successfully improve employee's job performance and laid a good foundation for the enterprise competitiveness.
