With the continuous development of the automotive industry, the auto parts industry is growing rapidly. While the changing market environment, the internal and external factors of auto parts products sales becomes more and more complex. If enterprises have good sales decision mechanism and management pattern can help them to fully grasp and handle all kinds of sales information, then the enterprises can optimize the business activities, and always keep the purpose of organize efficiently and high quality service for customers. Therefore, improving the sales decision and management in the advanced theory has become the urgent need of the auto parts enterprises.In this paper, according to the present situation and demand of auto parts enterprises,sales management system with sales forecasting capability was analyzed and studied.Including the following three aspects mainly:1) Based on the premise of certain theory, we researched small and medium enterprises in-depth, and analyzed the data was comprised by main factors influencing product sales and sales timing had features of multi-peak, small sample, nonlinearity,multi-dimension, etc.. Therefore, using the support vector regression with radial basis kernel which has the statistical learning theory foundation built products sales forecast model.2) In order to achieve good sales forecasting effect, the optimal parameter combination should be found for the sales forecasting problem. So chaos fruit fly optimization algorithm which had good performance has been researched to optimize the parameters, then it was compared to other optimization algorithms by test functions.Finally, using plugs sales data of Liuzhou Jinhong rubber and plastic auto parts enterprise built a sales forecasting model of chaos fruit fly support vector regression.3) We researched Jinhong rubber and plastic auto parts enterprise in-depth, understood their actual needs fully, and analysed the feasibility of developing sales management system. Finally, we adopted B/S architecture, Java Web technologies and Oracle database to develop a sales management system based on forecasting model, which met development needs of the enterprise. This system included five modules, there are basicdata management 、 customer information management 、 warehousing operations management、sales management and sales decision support management.In a word, the implementation of sales management system based on forecasting model, standardized sales processes, improved sales staff productivity and increased the time rate of orders. Finally, the enterprises could reduce the cost, increase customer satisfaction and enhance comprehensive competitiveness.
