Employees are the enterprise essential resources to ensure sustainable developmentof enterprises is the key to making the human resources to maximize performance.Therefore, as with most closely related to the problem of human resources, salaryproblem is more and more managers. It is worth to think seriously and study that howto apply the salary management to realize the effective encouragement to the staff. Asthe Hunan publishing group is a subsidiary company of Hunan Province materials, newmaterials limited liability Company is also facing sales staff salary incentive problem.First of all, this paper summarizes the existing salary management research,reviews the compensation management theory, including the definition ofcompensation management, main compensation theory and the incentive theory; thenintroduced the Hunan province new material limited liability company basic situation,marketing personnel salary management of the status quo, and summarizes the existingproblem; based on the existing theory, combined with the company’s current situation,the paper of Hunan Province, the new material limited liability company’s marketingstaff salary management system undertook reconstruction, which includescompensation survey and compensation design two aspects, including salary systemdesign including job analysis, job evaluation, compensation position, salary adjustmentand other aspects; finally put forward the implementation of new salary managementsystem put forward specific measures should be taken step, implementation of the newsalary management system, and the system should be reviewed periodically; at thesame time, the paper puts forward a new scheme in the course of the implementation ofsecurity measures and facilities, which include the change of concept, organization andsystem guarantee enterprise publicity, create a stimulating atmosphere of corporateculture.
