The Research Of Reports About Violent Incidents In Xinjiang, Tibet Of “People's Daily(2008-2014)

In recent years, highly frequent violent attacks and a huge threat to mankind caused the attention of the society, and it became the focus of the media reports. The reasons why I choose People's Daily to study are as follows:first, the People's Daily has a long history with more reliable sources and rich material and a larger reference value, then the People's Daily which is acted as the mouthpiece of the central committee of the communist party of China, it is more authoritative and influential, it can also study these representative problems.This article selects a typical representative of the mainstream media in China---the People's Daily as the research object, it takes discourse analysis, content analysis, sampling survey method, case study method, and it studied from 2008-2014 about the People's Daily reports of Xinjiang.
