Design And Implementation Of The Project Management System For Water Supply Company

The water company has numerous projects and huge investment every year.How to manage and implement these projects efficiently is of great significance to the development of the company.Originally no unified management mechanism for these projects,mainly through the traditional,manual ap proach to management,the functions of the management of the respective project alone,cause the division process between various departments of project construction management information distribution,discrete,cannot effectively,real-time sharing,has also led to the process of the whole project management inefficiency,higher costs,effective control and supervision.Therefore,it is very important to design and develop the project management system of water utilities company and improve the informatio n level of project management.Water company project management system is mainly introduced in this paper the design and implementation,through to the engineering project management business process analysis and comb,put forward specific management mode and management process,the system design of 9 big functions,including budget management system,project review and change management,project management,project implement process management,cost management,project management,basic data set management,system management,report query,etc.,to design and develop a set of water project management based on B/S structure system.The system adopts SQL Server 2012 database,the WEB Server adopts Microsoft IIS7.0,the system development and operation environment adopts.net platform,and USES C# as the programming language.The development tool is VS 2010.The functional requirements of the system are described by using the use case diagram,and the non-functional requirements of the system are explained.Accor ding to the functional requirements of the system,the overall system architecture,deployment architecture,network architecture,etc.are designed,and the system functions and corresponding database are designed in detail.The system functions and imple mentation codes are shown.Describes the system testing process through test cases.The system has been put into operation in a water company,which has effectively improved the engineering project management of the current enterprise,improved working efficiency and reduced management cost.
