In recent years,people are increasingly aware of the importance of education,with the development of the Internet,the form of education is also showing diversity.Education is no longer rigidly adhere to traditional education,online education has been accepted and recognized by more and more people.Relying on the Internet,education and training industry has developed rapidly and is becoming one of the most potential industries in the future.Due to the rapid development,online education companies are facing severe market competition situation,the vicious dig has been present in the education institutions,teaching and research personnel are frequent in job hopping,resulting labor costs has greatly improved in the education industry.In the online education industry,teaching and research staff as the core staff,commitment to development of education products.In order to cultivate and attract the core talents,we need to improve the corporate governance structure and improve the competitiveness of enterprises.As an important part of human resource management,performance appraisal plays an important role in the design of scientific management system.The turnover rate of teaching and research staff in XXT Education Technology Co.Ltd.is very high,which increases the loss of labor costs.The survey found that the majority of teaching and research staff turnover is mainly due to the company management and performance appraisal system.Therefore,it is a very important work for XXT company to improve the satisfaction degree of teaching staff to the performance appraisal system and optimize the performance appraisal system of the teaching staff.This paper takes the XXT company training department staff as the research object,studies the current situation of performance appraisal by means of interviewing,questionnaire survey.There are several problems in performance appraisal system for teaching and research staff.For example,performance appraisal level is low,leadership does not pay enough attention to the performance appraisal,the cycle of performance appraisal is too long,performance appraisal index is notreasonable,lack of understanding of performance appraisal system,lack of performance communication,the feedback of performance evaluation result is not enough.The current performance appraisal system of XXT company is unable to meet the needs of the company's development goals and improve the competition force of XXT company in the education industry market.The study found that the problems in the performance evaluation of XXT company,in order to optimize the teaching and research staff's performance appraisal system and improve the management level of the company,this paper carrys on the SWOT analysis of XXT company,determines the company strategy,department strategy,paints department strategy map,builds the key performance index system of teaching and research staff,develops balance score card for teaching and research staff,and puts forward the implementation process of the optimum design of the performance appraisal system and implementation guarantee,provides reference for other enterprises or institutions for online education and training industry.
