As the critical period of higher education in our country from the popular to the popularization.Improving the quality of higher education and developing the connotative of colleges and universities is the theme of the current era.Above the environment,it is particularly important to standardize and consummate the internal performance evaluation to improve the ability and level of university governance.Faced with the lack of performance evaluation system and the performance evaluation system,This article will rely on the Balanced Scorecard to analyze and discuss the performance appraisal,and take this as the foundation to launch the research.?Through the analysis of development and present literature,in according with design purpose and principles of the nonprofit organization performance appraisal,this paper highlights Balanced Scorecard for nonprofit organization performance assessment of feasibility analysis.we adjust the dimensions of content and inner logic relations in order to design the institutions of higher education performance evaluation index into the four dimensions : financial index,students and interest related index,internal process index,innovation and learning index.And the specific weight determined by the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),which is applied to the comprehensive assessment of indicators of each dimension.Finally,taking the H university performance evaluation as a case,we analyze the Balanced Scorecard in four dimension,the financial,customer,internal business procedure,knowledge and growth.By analytic hierarchy process(AHP)as performance indicators the weights of the indicators were determined and comprehensively evaluate,providing a quantitative method of H University performance evaluation.In addition,in order to ensure the reliability and validity of the data grey fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was used to test the consistency of analysis.The conclusion of the study shows that the problem highlighted in the performance evaluation results and the situation of our country force us to use the model to practice and put forward reasonable advice to make the evaluation system scientifically and effectively and enhance the quality of performance evaluation.
