With the increasing development of higher education system reform,more and more institutional reform,such as the reform of science and education,the reform of teachers,the reform of teaching equipment and the reform of performance appraisal system,have become more and more prominent.Knowledge is more and more valuable.Education makes numerous high-quality talents while colleges and universities are the cradle of cultivating talents.Colleges and universities can provide all kinds of scientific research achievements for the country's construction and the promoters of the scientific and technological revolution.And all the achievements rely on the hard work of teachers,it is the university teacher's hard work that cultivate a large number of useful talents and educational product.The development of colleges and universities directly affects the cultivation of talents.How to effectively improve the competitiveness of colleges and universities to enhance the level of teaching and research,the most critical factor lies in the ability and level of teachers.On the current situation of colleges and universities in our country,it is imperative to establish an efficient performance appraisal system in colleges and universities.The establishment of an open,fair and equitable evaluation mechanism for teachers to conduct performance appraisal and motivate the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of the majority of teachers,can improve the overall level of school and quality.The establishment of a scientific performance appraisal system in colleges and universities can enhance the ability of universities to serve the country and the society and promote the improvement of science and technology in China.On the basic of the analysis of the basic situation and the existing teachers' performance appraisal of the college,this paper points out the problems existing in the existing teacher performance appraisal system of XY College.Mainly including: lack of strategic;ambiguity of target and generalization of indicators;focus on the assessment of teacher performance but performance management;emphasis too much on rewards and punishments.Based on of the idea and process of teachers' performance appraisal,the teacher performance appraisal system of XY College is determined from the key indicators of the teacher's learning and growth,and constructed the balanced scorecard Index control system based on the teachers' performance.In order to ensure that the XY college's teacher performance appraisal system can run smoothly,this paper puts forward the guarantee measures for the operation of teachers' performance appraisal system from the following four aspects:(1)create a good environment for development from the XY Institute of teacher performance assessment;(2)actively strive for national policy support for the development of XY College;(3)provide talent support;and(4)Using modern information technology to support system management.Our conclusion is not only beneficial to improve the performance of teachers in XY academy,but also can play a guiding role in the construction of teachers' performance appraisal system in our country and play a demonstration effect in practice.
