The Case Work On The Teenage Girls Having An Abortion With A Shun De High School Girl H As An Example

Teenagers are the future and hope of the country.With the development of social economy,the sexual concept is more and more open and teenagers are becoming more and more precocious in sexuality.As a result,the phenomenon of puppy love and teenage pregnancy become more and more common and teenage abortion shows the trend in younger age.The teenagers' sexual health development is becoming a focus of concern in society nowadays.By taking a teenage abortion in Shunde as a case,adopting the methods of literature research and case interview to collect data,the thesis discusses the social workers' intervention space and behavior patterns on the issue of teenage abortion after studying the girl's follow-up behavior of having an abortion.Combining with the characteristics of professional social work,on the basis of action research,according to the issues from the object of study,from the perspective of improving resilience,conducting intervention by combing the model of cognitive behavior and the model of social support,the thesis deeply discusses the individualization and differentiation of the intervention and service strategy from those teenagers' psychology,behavior and their study,and makes estimation and introspection in the process.Moreover,the thesis,from practical perspective,And puts forward some suggestions.In suggestions,I thought there are many factors leading to pregnancy and abortion,such as individual,family,school and other micro and medium factors,even the social environment macro factors.So,it is not enough to depend on the social workers.It is important to form government's effective policies,strengthen the education,service and guidance of adolescent sexual health,and strengthen adolescent education in schools.Also,we should build up good communication between school and family,to promote parents' attention to the problems and develop professional social work.Strengthen the intervention and service of abortion to ensure the healthy growth of young people.
