Since 1970s, the pregnancy of unmarried girl has already become a serious global problem. Though our nation has long been affected by the feudatorial thoughts, with the development of the opening policy and the influence by the westerners' open attitudes toward sex, teenagers' premarital sex and the pregnancy of young girls have become more and more common, and the unsafe abortion has been occurring frequently, making the reproductive health of the teenagers a more and more serious problem. Therefore, holding a systemic education about sex among the teenagers and taking effective measures to interfere with it, avoiding the immature sex behaviors and unsafe abortions are extremely urgent.The article aims to analyze the reasons why teenagers' sex behaviors are brought forward and why the abortion of unmarried girls are increasing constantly; it aims to compare the interference policy the westerners take to avoid teenagers sex and unsafe abortion with that of our own nation. It also shows the survey conducted by YangPu District in order to find out the effect about the interference policy towards the young girls' unsafe abortion. The essay also tells about the difficulty we have met during the prevention of young girls' pregnancy and abortion and it's trying to figure out how to find effective ways to interfere with it. At the same time, it tries to put forward a new way of interference of "Companion Education" in order to make it fit with the current conditions of our nation and acceptable to the youngsters.Through study, the essay holds some important points: The reasons for young girls' pregnancy and the increase of abortion come from many aspects, for example, the earlier period of physiological development, lack of sex education from both the school and the family, the abduction from the social environment, the inadequate financial support for the interference policy and etc.. And ways to interfere with these reasons are various, for example, the participation of the government, family, education, sanitation and the whole society, the support from the government, the cooperation between different departments and etc.. According to the former interference experience from both home and abroad, "Companion Education" is an effective way to promote the sex education and to prevent the unmarried pregnancy and unsafe abortion.Surrounding the three basic points, the article has been divided into 3 parts—the preliminary remarks, the main text, and the summary tag. The preliminary remarks deal with the purpose and the way of the research. The first chapter analyzes the reasons and the harm of unmarried pregnancy and unsafe abortion; The second chapter analyzes the change of the policy from home and abroad towards unmarried pregnancy and unsafe abortion; The third chapter talks about the main interference methods and its effect, taking YangPu District as an example; The forth chapter analyzes the difficulty and challenge we meet during the interference with teenagers' sex education and young girls' abortion, thus finding effective ways to realize it.
