| Objective: understand the cognition status of the elderly population in Urumqi on the medical care combined pension services,and to explore the influencing factors of the cognition of medical care combination in Urumqi,in order to provide theoretical support for the relevant policies to meet the needs of the elderly population.Methods: using multistage cluster sampling method,factor analysis of questionnaire investigation of cognitive medical integration and influence of the seven district from Urumqi,a county of 10000 cases of aged population,the daily life ability scale(ADL)for the assessment of cognitive function,unified self-made medical support combined with cognitive questionnaire of influencing factors,including the demographic characteristics,lifestyle,medical support combined with cognitive demand and mode choice etc.A face-to-face survey of the elderly population in the community was carried out by the unified training community staff.Results: 10000 questionnaires were sent out,9369 effective questionnaires were collected,9369 questionnaires were analyzed,and gender,age,nationality,marital status,education level,children's condition,living status and pre retirement occupation were analyzed.The survey results show that in the 9369 elderly population,male to female ratio was 1: 1.12,the survey population mainly concentrated in the age of 60-70 years old,Han population,accounted for 74.2%,followed by the Hui,Uygur,most of the low degree and 31.3%for primary school education,63.7%of the elderly living with spouse,nearly half before retiring for occupation followed by the workers,farmers,of which 68.08%of the population suffering from chronic disease.The number of elderly people who know and understand the medical care combination is only 13.67%,but I don't know about 46.91%of them.I have never heard of medical care combined accounting for 39.42%.The combination demand rate of medical care is 55.82%,and the most of the combination mode of medical care is 48.96%.Conclusion: Generally speaking,the cognition rate of the elderly population in Urumqi is relatively low,and the aging population is influenced by traditional factors and ethnic customs,and it tends to choose the mode of medical support combined with family support and community care.Age,nationality,education,occupation,children,retirement pension insurance,self-evaluation of health,illness bear,Barthel index,nearly half a year of hospitalization and nursing satisfaction,can take care of these factors that affect the aging population of medical support combined with influence factors of cognition,in the formulation of policy should be considered when medical support combined these factors on the aging population of medical support combined with cognitive effects.The relevant departments should strengthen the medical support combined with publicity mode,in respect of ethnic customs,the case should be from the custom wizard,according to local conditions to promote the combination of medical care;to disability,semi disabled as the key to the development of the combination of medical care;demand oriented,strengthen the propaganda of medical support combined with medical insurance;as the focal point,to explore the Xinjiang area to carry out medical raising combined with the pension service model to guarantee medical support combined operation. |
