Analysis Of Influencing Factors Of Medical Service Utilization Of Floating Population ——An Empirical Study Based On CMDS2018 Data

ObjectiveThe number of floating population is huge,and it exists widely in medium and large cities in my country.Health is not only a personal issue,but also a social issue related to the smooth progress of a healthy China.Therefore,it is necessary to understand their medical service utilization,pay attention to their needs,solve their medical problems,improve their health level,and contribute to a healthy China.MethodsThis study sorted out relevant research at home and abroad,based on the latest floating population dynamic monitoring data（CMDS2018）of the National Health Commission in2018,combined with Anderson model,and used descriptive statistical methods to explore the relationship between various factors and floating population medical and health services.Finally,the two-stage least squares method is used to deeply analyze the factors that affect the utilization of medical services for the floating population.Results:Males,higher education levels,and married migrants had higher monthly household income,which in turn had a positive impact on the utilization of medical services;Negative impact on medical services.Compared with females,older people compared to younger ones,and migrants with higher education levels have higher medical insurance reimbursement ratios than women with higher education levels,and the more fully utilized medical services;Compared with the floating population with a couple,the reimbursement ratio of rural household registration and the status of no couple is lower,and the utilization of medical services is more insufficient.Compared with poor self-assessed health,the floating population has a higher monthly income,so the introduction of medical services is also better;the establishment of health records is helpful for medical service utilization;family doctor services have nothing to do with medical service utilization.ConclusionIn view of the problem of the low utilization of medical services for the floating population,the following countermeasures and suggestions are put forward: 1.Broaden the income sources of the floating population;2.Strengthen the medical security system;3.Innovate the medical insurance mechanism;Preventive health awareness.Fifth,increase publicity and implement residents’ health records.6.Improve the family doctor system and promote the development of primary medical services.Seven,improve the information transparency of medical insurance,multi-party supervision;to improve its utilization.
