The Effect Of Population Aging On The Medical Insurance Fund Expenditure Of Urban Workers In Shanxi Province

Population aging is the change of population age structure caused by the joint influence of fertility rate and mortality rate.Its impact on society,economy,culture and other aspects is no less than every major reform in human history.As an integral part of the social security system,the medical security system is an important way for citizens to enjoy national medical benefits and safeguard health rights and interests,as well as an important means for the government to stabilize social order.Among them,the medical insurance fund is the material guarantee for the healthy operation of the whole medical security system.At present,Shanxi Province is in a period of slow aging.As the "talisman" of the whole system,the basic medical insurance fund for urban workers has become an important issue for the sustainable development of the system.Therefore,when studying the optimization path of medical insurance fund,the aging population should be considered as a key factor.This paper selects Shanxi Province as the research area and focuses on the analysis of the impact of population factors on the medical insurance fund expenditure of urban workers.Firstly,the background and significance of the research are elaborated in detail,the relevant literatures at home and abroad are sorted out,and the viewpoints of various parties are analyzed and commented.The related concepts and theoretical basis are sorted out,which lays a solid theoretical basis for the writing of this paper.Secondly,the present situation of population and fund expenditure in Shanxi Province is introduced and analyzed,which provides a realistic basis for the writing of this paper.Finally,using the statistical yearbook and China statistical yearbook,Shanxi Province in collecting and sorting data,selection of urban employees' medical insurance fund expenditure per capita to be explained variables,the elderly population aged over 65 than,per capita GDP,urbanization rate and the rate of population increase as the explained variable,establish regression model,get the aging of population after the influence degree of the medical insurance fund expenditure,in shanxi town worker is basic medical treatment insurance ginseng protect personnel to predict the structure and fund,the empirical conclusions.The results show that when the aging population increases by 1 unit,the medical insurance fund expenditure of urban employees in Shanxi Province increases by 3.02 units.The aging population has a continuous positive impact on the medical insurance fund expenditure,and will continue to affect the medical insurance fund expenditure of urban employees as the aging population deepens.Based on this relationship,and using queue elements population prediction methods in Shanxi Province in the next 10 years of on-the-job worker population rates by age and town worker medical insurance fund expenditure,prediction results show that in the next decade,an aging population is still influence urban employees' medical insurance fund expenditure,Shanxi Province,the main factors in relief funds expenditure,demographic factors should be considered,formulate and implement relevant policies as soon as possible,avoid payment crisis.Therefore,this paper believes that the aging population and the control of fund expenditure should be two aspects,in the population,social,economic and other aspects of the overall plan,to reduce the pressure of the expenditure of basic medical insurance funds for urban workers in Shanxi Province.
