Research On Medical-Nursing Combined Care Under The Background Of Aging Of The Population In Linzi District

In recent years,with the process of China's aging population has being accelerated,the "silver wave" has swept,so we are facing serious challenges of pension services.On the one hand,China's population aging has more than 3 characteristics,namely too many senior citizens,too many disabled senior citizens,and too many Empty Nesters,as a result,social and family is under more and more stress of pension.On the other hand,with the traditional security function of family pension weakened,many elderly people have changed their original concept to "active pension".People's demand for pension services continues rising.For the elderly,pension and health is the two major themes of life,so there is no doubt that pension and medical care become their rigid demand.Most China's pension institutions and community old-age home care services are separated.Under the dual needs of pension and health care,the combination of medical care as a "disease treatment,nursing mode" is quietly rising.Linzi District,which is in Zibo,Shandong province,is a city with a very high degree of aging population.By the end of 2016,the population aged 60 and above has reached more than 133 thousand,accounting for more than 21.6%of the total population,exceeding the total population of 1/5,which was significantly higher than the national average.Faced with such a serious aging situation and the elderly's dual needs of pension and health care,medical support combined with the pension service has become a new way to solve the contradiction between supply and demand.This paper takes Linzi as a perspective,exploring with pension services in the area of medical support through contrast analysis and other methods of systematic investigation and study.Combined with related theories and cases of medical support,it introduces three types of combined medical support and the practice in Linzi.Focused on the case of radiation,including the case of"Internet plus medical support combined with the wisdom of pension"in the city and rural case of a new exploration of medical support combined with pension service,it analyzes the current plight of the development on internal and external of Linzi district the combination of medical care service for the aged.Through the analysis of the current predicament and causes,it puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to accelerate the development and sums that the combination of medical care and pension services must be based on raising the elderly care service level,the effective integration of social resources,giving full play to the guiding role of the government and improving the social security system.
