Study On Constructing China's Combination Of Medical Care And Support For The Aged

Since the beginning of the 21st century,with the economic and social development and the increment in the life expectancy of the population,the ageing problem of our country has become increasingly serious.Becoming old before getting wealth has become our basic national condition.As there is a large population base and a serious aging population in China,coupled with the weakening of family care functions,the disabled,half disabled old people,and care of elderly people have become a serious social problems that have plagued thousands of families.At present,the mainstay of China's old-age care and medical care industries are still two separate systems.In nursing homes,medical services cannot be provided effectively,and elderly care services cannot meet the need in hospitals.This has also led to severe position that the elderly stay in hospital long time even if they are in good health conditions.In order to solve this problem,we must reform the existing old-age care model.The medical and nursing care establishment is one of the most effective ways to alleviate this phenomenon and realize the effective integration of old-age resources and medical resources.This article takes the Baoding Medical Care Aged Care Institution as the research object,adopts the literature analysis method and case interview method,and interviews the person in charge of the medical care and support pension institution,medical personnel,and the elderly,and finds out the current combination of medical and health care in Baoding City.The status analyzed the influencing factors and the relative problems,and put forward specific suggestions for the "health care and support combination" old-age security mechanism establishment.The article points out that in order to promote the development of medical care and support,the government should strengthen its own responsibilities,and it's top-level design,promote multi-sector collaboration,and eliminate departmental barriers.At the same time,it must formulate specific implementation rules in the areas of finance,taxes and fees,and implement preferential treatment policy.In terms of talents,the cooperation between universities and medical institutions should be strengthened to cultivate professional talents.In terms of costs,it explored the establishment of a long-term care insurance system to reduce the economic pressure on the elderly.Finally,we should change the concept of retirement,and build a ladder-type service system based on the needs assessment and subdivision of the elderly.
