Research On The Model Of Hospital-sponsored Medical-premed Support And Old-age Care From The Perspective Of Healthy Aging

"Aging" is a word that has been frequently mentioned in recent years.The current state of aging in China is not optimistic.Moreover,due to the development of the times and the economy,people's requirements and demands for old-age care have been further improved.Our country also proposes to achieve "healthy aging." Goal.From the perspective of healthy aging,this article takes the current state of aging in China and the needs of the elderly as the background.This article attempts to analyze the plight of the current hospital-sponsored "integration of medical and nursing" pension models and analyze the reasons,and learn from successful experiences.On the basis of reference to China's national conditions,feasible countermeasures and suggestions for perfecting the old-age care model of hospital-sponsored "integrated medical and nursing" institutions are proposed.This article takes the M hospital in Henan Province as an example to try to analyze the hospital-sponsored medical-care-endowment model from the aspects of service subject,service content,service target,management system,and government policies,and finds that the hospital-sponsored medical-care-endowment model still exists.The following issues cannot be ignored,such as the unclear self-positioning of the service subject,the unclear definition of the target group,and the low occupancy rate;the concept of the service target,that is,the elderly,is solidified and the payment ability for the combination of medical and nursing is weak;the professional level of service content Insufficient and weak mental services;as a "hospital-sponsored integrated medical and nursing institution",its medical resources have not been fully utilized;there are multiple managements in the management system;and the medical insurance system is not perfect and lacks long-term care insurance.This article believes that in order to improve and develop China's "hospital-sponsored medical-nursing-care-institution pension model",we must give the model long-term policy support under the guiding of the government and work together.The service subject clarifies the service positioning and clarifies the service group;enhances the awareness of health and old-age care and builds a social support environment;improves the service level,trains the "medical and nursing" professional talents,optimizes the management system and improves the medical insurance,establishes the long-term care insurance system,The development of China's "integration of medical and nursing" elderly care services creates a good internal and external environment,which in turn promotes the development of China's old-age security cause and achieves healthy aging.
