The Clinical Observation Of Longdan Xiegan Jiawei Decoction In Treatment Of Alcoholic Fatty Liver (Syndrome Of Dampness-heat Of Liver And Gallbladder)

Objects: In this experiment,"clearing heat and eliminating dampness" as the treatment method,through a randomized controlled clinical study,the clinical efficacy and safety of Longdan Xiegan Jiawei Decoction in the treatment of alcoholic fatty liver(liver and gallbladder damp heat syndrome)were observed.Method: The patients who had been diagnosed as alcoholic fatty liver(liver and biliary damp heat syndrome)were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 72 patients in each group,36 cases in each group,The treatment group was given the flavour of Longdan Xiegan Jiawei Decoction,the control group was given Polyene Phosphatidylcholine Capsules(Yi Shanfu),the course of treatment was 8 weeks.Before and after the experiment,the scores of TCM syndrome,liver function,blood lipid,digestive system color Doppler ultrasound and safety index were recorded.Result: After statistical treatment,in the overall efficiency after treatment,the two groups showed good therapeutic effect,the total effective rate of the treatment group was94.4% and the control group was 88.9%.Among them,the contrast group(P <0.05)proved that there was difference between the two groups after treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group.After the treatment,the treatment group was improved.The effects of flank ribs full of stuffy or pain,dry mouth and sticky or taste,stool viscosity,scrotal damp or yellow color yellow were obviously superior to those of control group(P <0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in improving nausea,abdominal distention and urine and yellow color(P >0.05),and the two groups were effective in liver color Doppler after treatment(P>0.05)the comparison between groups showed that the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the comparison of AST,ALT and GGT(P <0.01)in the liver function group proved that the two groups were all effective in improving the liver function of the patients,and the comparison group in the group was better than the group(P <0.05)in the reduction of AST and ALT(P<0.05),and the two groups in the improvement of GGT were not in the group.There weresignificant differences(P >0.05).The comparison of TC and TG(P <0.01)in the group of blood lipids showed that the two groups were all effective in improving the blood lipid of the patients,and there was no significant difference between the two groups in the improvement of TC and TG between groups(P >0.05).Conclusion: The treatment of alcoholic fatty liver(liver and gallbladder damp heat syndrome)with the decoction of Longdan Xiegan Jiawei Decoction has good effect on improving the clinical symptoms,promoting the recovery of liver function and the recovery of the liver morphology.No adverse events and safety were found during the trial.It can provide reference and experience for clinical treatment of AFLD.
