| Objective: To observe the improvement of symptoms and ciliary transmission rate of nasal mucosa after 14 days of treatment and 28 days of treatment,and to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Longdan Xiegan Decoction plus reduced fumigation nasal cavity in the treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis of depressed gall-bladder with phlegm-heat type,and to verify the feasibility of fumigation nasal cavity with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis.Methods: Seventy-two cases of chronic rhinosinusitis with depressed gall-bladder with phlegm-heat type were randomly divided into two groups,one group was the treatment group,the other group was the control group,36 cases in each group.The two groups were fumigated for 14 days,a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses of28 days.The treatment group was fumigated with Longdan Xiegan Decoction,while the control group was fumigated with normal saline.The clinical symptoms,nasal mucosal ciliary transmission rate were recorded before diagnosis and treatment,14 days after diagnosis and treatment,28 days after diagnosis and treatment.By comparing the changes of clinical symptoms and nasal mucosal ciliary transmission rate before diagnosis and treatment,14 days after diagnosis and treatment,28 days after diagnosis and treatment in treatment group and control group,the clinical efficacy of Longdan Xiegan Decoction plus subtracted fumigation on chronic rhinosinusitis with depressed gall-bladder with phlegm-heat type was determined.Result: 1.14 days after diagnosis and treatment,there were significant differences innasal obstruction,nasal secretion and postnasal drip,swelling and pain of head and face,loss of sense of smell,general discomfort,total score and secondary symptom score between the treatment group and the control group(P < 0.05),and the curative effect of the treatment group was significant.After 28 days of diagnosis and treatment,there were significant differences in nasal obstruction,nasal secretion and postnasal drip,swelling and pain of head and face,hypoolusia,general discomfort,VAS total score and sub-symptom score between the treatment group and the control group(P <0.05),and with the prolongation of time,the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was more significant.2.After 14 days of diagnosis and treatment,the nasal mucosal cilia transmission rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.001);28 days after diagnosis and treatment,the nasal mucosal cilia transmission rate in the treatment group was also significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was also statistically significant(P < 0.001);the results showed that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.3.14 days after diagnosis and treatment,there was significant difference in the effective rate between the treatment group and the control group(P < 0.05).The curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.After 28 days of diagnosis and treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group was 88.56%,and that of the control group was 66.67%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusion: 1.The study shows that Longdan Xiegan Decoction plus or minus fumigation has certain curative effect on chronic rhinosinusitis of depressed gall-bladder with phlegm-heat type,which can be widely used in clinic.2.Both Longdan Xiegan Decoction and saline have the function of cleaning nasal cavity,but Longdan Xiegan Decoction has better effect than saline alone.Longdan Xiegan Decoction can effectively remove nasal secretions,alleviate nasal obstruction,hypoolusive sense of smell,head and face swelling and pain,andsystemic discomfort,which is worthy of clinical application. |
