systematically summarizes the theoretical origins and related research progress of the ";brain collateral damage due to toxin",and summarizes Professor Tu Jinwen's experience in the treatment of Chronic tension-type headache(CCTH)based on the ";brain collateral damage due to toxin" theory, and at the same time,he will use "detoxification and meridians" as the law.A certain experience side conducted a prospective randomized controlled clinical study to objectively analyze its clinical efficacy.By carefully summarizing and summarizing the valuable experience of Professor Tu Jinwen of the Qingnao Tongluo decoction Traditional Chinese Medicine in treating headaches,it is better to serve to improve the therapeutic effect of clinical headaches. At the same time,it is also our responsibility and obligation to inherit and promote the academic thoughts of famous Chinese medicine. This Research contains 4 parts. The first part the theoretical basis of the ";brain collateral damage due to toxin" and its related research."brain collateral damage due to toxin" is the academic leader of the encephalopathy academician Wang Yongyan. The hypothesis about the pathogenesis of stroke and dementia proposed during the national "7th Five-year Plan","Eighth Five-year Plan" and "Ninth Five-Year Plan" period was gradually perfected and developed in the follow-up research and discussion. In the end,the cause of " The first part of the theory of " was formed and the theory of pathogenesis was established. The second part is the Clinical Observation of Professor Tu Jinwen's Experience on Qingnao Tongluo decoction in the Treatment of Chronic tension-type headache(CCTH)..The third part is the research progress of chronic headache with traditional Chinese medicine. At present, the etiology and pathogenesis of chronic headaches are mostly considered from the aspects of wind, phlegm, sputum wetness, and deficiency, etc. With Removing blood stasis and dredging collaterals, activating blood and sparing windas the main treatment rules, prescriptions and acupuncture have shown good curative effect and less adverse reactions.Characteristics, but there are still many unsatisfactory curative effects of chronic headaches, which cannot be explained by these single or multiple causes. However, the theoretical experience in the treatment of chronic headaches in the past 20 years has not made a substantial breakthrough. Therefore,Chinese medicine practitioners are in urgent need of A theoretical breakthrough has been made in the field of treating chronic headaches.Part IV Professor Tu Jinwen's experience in the treatment of chronic headaches based on the "brain collateral damage due to toxin" theory: professor Tu believes that the basic cause of chronic headache is Cerebral collateral damage. The pathogenesis should be the first to suffer Cerebral collateral damage, and there should be the obstruction of the collaterals, there is an accumulation of evil toxin. The treatment should be based on dietary restraint, lifestyle habits, etc.,with Tongluo as the first, mainly based on phlegm, and supplemented with the use of Qingnao Tongluo Decoction,Qingnao Tongluo Tang by Chuanxiong,Angelica,Sichuan Achyranthes,Asarum,Angelica,Scorpion six kinds medicine composition,Qi and blood, through the brain collaterals.Dispel the internal accumulation of pathogenic toxin and clear the interest of the brain. Objective: To study the curative effect of Qingnao Tongluo Decoction in treating chronic tension-type headache(Blood stasis type of cerebral collaterals)Methods: A total of 46 patients who met the diagnostic criteria for chronic tension headache in Hubei Provincial Hospital(inpatient and outpatient)from January 2016 to October 2017.Patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group using a random number method.23 cases in each groupResults: The experience of treating TCM symptoms,VAS,episode frequency and duration, found that experience Fang Qing Nao Tong Tong Decoction treatment of chronic tension type headache(Blood stasis type of cerebral collaterals)is more effective than Western medicineConclusion: Qingnao Tongluo treatment of chronic Tension-type headache(Blood stasis type of cerebral collaterals)is more effective than western medicine, and long-term efficacy is better and safer after drug withdrawal. It is worth further study.
