Clinical Study Of Tongluo Zhitong Decoction In The Treatment Of Wind-stagnation And Tension-type Tension Headache

Global disease surveillance agencies believe that Tension-type headache is the second global epidemic.Nowadays the society,people pursuit of life quality is higher and higher.Tension-type headache affects behavior ability,work,study and daily leisure,which severely reduces the quality of people's life.At present western medicine to tension-type headaches,there is no specific treatment,but a large number of literature and clinical research for the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine has provided the important basis and evidence-based tension-type headaches,therefore,is necessary to strengthen the research of traditional Chinese medicine of tension-type headaches.Objective:To observe the Clinical efficacy by indexes of pain scors,seizure frequency,duration,associated symptoms and Analgesic dose of the Tension-type headache due to wind phlegm obstruction after taking the prescription of Tong Luo Zhi Tong Fang.lt provides preliminary scientific basis for clinical application.Methods:Selecting 34 patients standarded bring into the group according to the clinic order.The patients take the Tong Luo Zhi Tong Fang 3 course,and is followed 3 months.Respectively selecting the last 1 week of 1,2,3 period of treatment and 3 months of follow-up,we compared the indexes of pain scors,seizure frequency,duration,associated symptoms and Analgesic dose with the 1week before entering the goupe,and observe its long-term effect.At the same time we observe the drugs adverse reaction and side effects during medication period.We evaluate the treatment results,and use the relevant data SPSS21 statistical software for statistical analysis.Results:1.Compared with first course,second course,third course,3 months treatment before treatment,VAS score,pain duration,accompanying symptoms scores were P<0.05,suggesting that the degree of pain,pain duration,accompanying symptoms score index in first course,second course,third course,3 months treatment compared with before treatment,were to improve.2.Compared with first course,second course,third course,3 months treatment with before treatment,patients with pain frequency P<0.05,suggesting that patients with headache attack frequency of first course,second course,third course,3 months treatment compared with before treatment had curative effect.3.Compared with first course,second course,third course,3 months treatment with before treatment,patients with painkiller exposure P<0.05,suggesting that patients exposed to painkillers in first course,second course,third course,3 months treatment compared with before treatment had curative effect.Conclusion:It has clinical efficacy of Tong Luo Zhi Tong Fang in the treatment of the Tension-type headache due to wind phlegm obstruction.The Tong Luo Zhi Tong Fang can reduce the incidence of headache in patients,reduce the frequency of headache attacks,shorten the duration of headache,change the accompanyig symptoms,reduce the number of taking painkillers,and has a long-term maintenance effect of 3months.It can be uesd as an effective method treatment and preventive treatment for the Tension-type headache due to wind phlegm obstruction,which is worthy of further study.
