Clinical Observation Of Qushi Tongluo Acupuncture Treat Spleen Deficiency And Dampness Type Tension Type Headache

Objective:The purpose of this study is to observe the qushitongluo acupuncture treatment Spleen deficiency and Dampness clinical efficacy of tension type headache.Methods:60 outpatients were selected according to the diagnostic criteria of tension type headache with spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation.They were divided into observation group and control group by ran dom number table,30 cases in each group.The observation group used qushitongluo acupuncture acupoints for Taiyang,Hegu,Waiguan,Baihui and Zusanli,Zhongwan,Tianshu,Fenglong,Yinlingquan,operating practices for conventional acupuncture;the control group with routine acupu ncture,acupoints:Taiyang,Touwei,Baihui,Fengchi,Jiaji,shemen,Zusanli,Taichong,operating methods for conventional acupuncture manipulat ion.Patients with acupuncture once a day,for 45 minutes,15 days for a course of treatment,after 3 courses of treatment,each treatment interval of a day.For the curative effect of this observation,the indexes of observation were headache index score and TCM syndrome scoring method.Through the change of statistical data,observe the qushitongluo acupuncture treatment spleen wet storm type efficacy of tension type headache.Results:1.Teadache index:the observation group before treatment,headache index compared to P<0.01,there are significant differences,with statistical significance,indicating that the treatment group after treatment was significantly reduced,headache,effective treatment;after treatment,the observation group and the control group comparison,P<0.05,there was significant difference statistically.Meaning,that after treatment,the observation group in improving headache symptoms significantly better than the control group.2.TCM syndrome score:the observation group before and after treatment of TCM syndrome compared to P<0.01,there are significant differences,with statistical significance,the observation group after treatment,the clinical symptoms were significantly changed;after treatment,the observation group and the control group comparison,P<0.01 had significant difference,statistically meaning,that after treatment,the observat ion group in the relief of patient symptoms was significantly better than the control group.3.The total efficiency of the qushitongluo acupuncture group total effective rate was 93.3%,the total effective rate of 83.33%in the routine acupuncture group,qushitongluo acupuncture group total efficiency is higher than that of the routine acupuncture group.Conclusion:1.Qushitongluo acupuncture can significantly reduce the spleen deficiency and dampness tension type headache degree,headache duration in patients with onset,frequency and the effect is better than the routine acupuncture group.2.Qushitongluo acupuncture can significantly improve symptoms and signs of spleen deficiency and dampness type tension type headache patients,and the effect is better than the routine acupuncture group.
