The Clinical Efficacy Of Shuyu Qingnao Granule In The Treatment Of Tension-type Headache And Liver Qi Stagnation Syndrome

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect and safety of ShuYuqingnao granules in the treatment of liver qi stagnation tension-type headache.Methods:a total of 68 patients were enrolled in this study, using a randomized parallel control method, will be included in the standard case, according to the s Doll clinical cases were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, each group of 34 cases. Treatment group:basic treatment plus ShuYuqingnao granules, with warm boiled water, daily 1 agent (11.64g), cent is taken 2 times; control group:basic treatment plus service hydrochloride tizanidine tablets,2mg/time,3 times a day, two groups were treated for 28 days. During the treatment, such as the combination of hypertension, diabetes and other basic diseases, can be related to treatment, disabled with sedative, analgesic and antidepressants or liver solution depression Chinese medicines. Before and after treatment respectively for each group of patients of transcranial Doppler (TCD) (peak systolic flow velocity) vs, headache index comprehensive score, TCM syndrome integral scale score, blood routine, urine routine, liver function, renal function, blood glucose, ECG and other safety indicators detection, through the SPSS 17.0 statistical analysis, the curative effects of two groups were compared and evaluation safety.Results:1. In improving the symptoms of tension-type headache, the total effective rate of treatment group was 91.1%, the control group was 85.2%, The treatment group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05). After the treatment in the two groups, compared with before treatment, headache index decreased significantly, the difference was statistically significant difference (P<0.05), after treatment compared with the control group, treatment group, headache index improved significantly, the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05).2. In improving the TCM syndromes, the total effective rate of treatment group 94.1%,82.3% in the control group, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05). Two groups after treatment compared with before treatment, the TCM syndrome score improved significantly, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); After treatment, compared with the control group, the treatment group of TCM syndrome score was significantly reduced, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). 3. In terms of improving blood flow to the brain, compared with that before treatment, after treatment in the two groups of transcranial Doppler (TCD) vs (peak systolic flow velocity) detection, the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05); after treatment compared with the control group, treatment group of transcranial Doppler (TCD) vs (peak systolic blood flow velocity detection significantly improved, the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:ShuYuqingnao granules in the treatment of liver qi stagnation tension-type headache, clinical use safety and efficacy. Can effectively improve the patient's head of the velocity of blood flow, reduce vascular spasm, so as to relieve the clinical symptoms of the patients, the clinical efficacy is better than that of tizanidine tablets.
