| At present,the development of error correction in higher vocational colleges is like a raging fire.It has a great influence on the training of secondary vocational schools,especially the quality of students.The higher vocational college students have a good graduation examination,and the rest of the students should read the secondary vocational school examination students,including secondary vocational nursing schools.Now with the development of society,more and more standardized medical services,the state also put forward higher requirements,all personnel engaged in the nursing profession,nursing professional Regulations 2005 people must pass the national nurse practicing qualification examination certificate of the state council.In addition,the quality of care for the community is also increasing.People want to enjoy high quality nursing services.All the medium occupation school of nursing education has brought new challenges,the school should cultivate excellent nursing staff,in addition to let them have a solid solid nursing skills,but also have good moral character and good behavior.Therefore,how to prevent and correct the problem behaviors of secondary vocational school nurses has become a problem that should be solved urgently in secondary vocational schools.The purpose of this study is to explore the current situation and characteristics of nursing students in secondary vocational schools,analyze the causes of their problems,and put forward some corresponding strategies to promote the long-term and healthy development of secondary vocational education.In the actual research,this study adolescent self rating scale 1991 edition as the main reference,combined with the interview and the author’s own practical experience in education,make higher vocational nursing students problem behavior questionnaire including four dimensions characteristics,lifestyle,and emotional problems such as classroom "".Then,the questionnaire survey and preliminary test,item analysis,exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis,finally formed by modifying the formal questionnaire of student behavior problems occupation nurse good reliability and validity,its structure includes three aspects: moral and behavioral problems of life learning behavior,emotional problems.In this study,400 nursing students in a nursing school were tested by cluster sampling.In the analysis of the questionnaire data in three dimensions and total score on the questionnaire of three dimensions and total score of descriptive statistical analysis,questionnaire survey,on gender and grade,and fourstudents only child problem behavior variables for statistical analysis.Independent sample t test.The results show that:(1)in descriptive statistical analysis,the total score of the questionnaire is 42.24.The average size of the other three dimensions is: life,learning style,problem behavior,emotional behavior and behavior problems.(2)secondary vocational school nurses had significant gender differences in overall problem behaviors,lifestyle,problem behaviors and conduct problems,but there was no difference in emotional behavior.(3)secondary vocational school nurses have significant grade differences In behavior,lifestyle,behavioral problems,emotional problems,and behavioral problems.(4)there was no difference between the three dimensions in secondary vocational school students.(5)are there any differences between the three dimensions of the problem behaviors of nursing students in secondary vocational schools.By investigating and analyzing the behavior problems of nurses in secondary vocational schools,the countermeasures to prevent and correct the problem behaviors of secondary vocational school nurses are put forward:(1)establishing and improving the school system culture.(2)pay attention to moral education and improve the method of moral education.(3)improve the overall quality of nursing school teachers and strengthen their self-cultivation.(4)pay attention to mental health education of secondary vocational school nurses. |
