| In combat during the outbreak of the new champions league,male nurses whether in the physical,psychological,adapt to the obvious advantages,in clinical work,has the advantage of male nurses can also let them become a nursing shortage of medical and health unit personnel,but it is a male nurse team,the number of male nurses are scarce,low professional identity,career short,low job satisfaction problem increasingly prominent,to effectively reduce the loss of the male nurse,it is necessary to start from the source,ready to just enter the school to study nursing work of male nursing students professional identity.Professional identity can stimulate students’ emotion,and improve the students’ understanding of nursing profession,firm will,working in the field of nursing students by professional connotation of edification and infection,more profound understanding the intrinsic value of the nursing profession and for the secondary male nursing students improve the quality of education and cultivate the improvement of work has important significance.In the literature review,the majority of studies are focused on the professional identity of college students.As the starting point of nursing education in secondary vocational schools,it is of practical significance to study the status quo of professional identity of male nursing students in secondary vocational schools and explore the countermeasures of school education for stabilizing the male nursing team,improving the quality of nursing and improving nursing education.This study conducted a questionnaire survey on the status quo of professional identity of male nursing students in secondary vocational schools in Chengdu and an interview with some students and teachers on the influencing factors of professional identity of male nursing students.The study found that the overall professional identity status of male nursing students in Chengdu was at an average level,and professional identity showed a downward trend with the increase of grades.In the six basic dimensions of professional cognition,professional emotion,professional will,professional values,professional skills and professional expectations,the score of "professional skills" is the highest,and the score of "professional expectations" is the lowest.Based on data analysis,combining with the relevant problems to students,teachers and other objects in the interview,from the aspects of environment,curriculum,individual three analysis of chengdu secondary influence factors of male nursing students professional identity,and finally Suggestions on enhance professional identity strategy in stages,the whole process of thinking,the overall consideration of male nursing students in school education professional identity,in combination with family factors,environmental factors and personal factors,the courses from choosing a major,study in school,the hospital internship,employment process four stages,the layered progressive. |
