Objective: The purpose of this paper is to understand the relationship between doctors and patients,and work engagement and resilience and the relationship among the three.This study is to examine the mediating effect of resilience on doctor-patient relationship and job involvement.Finally,some suggestions are put forward based on the analysis results.Methods: By using the questionnaire survey,exploratory factor analysis was used to determine the final questionnaire.The investigation object was a hospital doctor in Beijing.Using T test and variance analysis explored the influence of different demographic characteristics on the relationship between doctors and patients,and resilience and job involvement.Pearson correlation analysis of the correlation between the variables,tested the role of psychological flexibility in the relationship between doctors and patients and work engagement by using Wen Zhonglin's mediation program.Results: The degree of tension between doctors and patients was in the lower level.The average value was 29.90.The resilience and job involvement is in the middle level,The average Values were 36.95 and 60.37.The correlation coefficient between doctor-patient relationship and psychological resilience was-0.776.The correlation between doctor-patient relationship and job involvement was-0.465 and resilience and job involvement was 0.509.Psychological flexibility in the doctor's perspective of the doctor-patient relationship with job involvement,Psychological flexibility played an intermediary role in the 2 dimensions of the relationship with the work input and dedication,which focued on two dimensions from the intermediary role.It played a partial mediating role in the dimension of job involvement.Conclusions: The situation of the doctor-patient relationship was generally tense.Psychological flexibility.worked in good condition,but there are still some differences among different individuals,The higher degree of tension between doctors and patients was,the lower the level of psychological resilience was,the lower the level of job involvement was,The higher the level of psychological resilience was,the higher the level of work engagement was,The degree of tension between doctors and patients will affect the level of resilience was.Resilience can buffer the negative impact of doctor-patient relationship on job involvement.
