Consensus And Interaction:Intervention Research On Doctor-patient Communication Problem

In recent years,doctors-patients contradiction is prominent in our country,which has become a stumbling block to the development of medical and health.The causes of this are not only technical factors,but also the lack of doctor-patient communication.Since the purpose of communication is to achieve consensus and interaction,the disadvantages of traditional doctor-patient communication can not be changed overnight,and both sides have a low level of communication awareness and skills,which requires the introduction of third-party forces to intervene.Social workers as an independent third party are willing to use professional methods and skills to improve doctor-patient communication.First of all,this dissertation summarizes the research status of the topic,and uses Theory of Communicative Action and Symbolic Interactionism to analyze the essence of doctor-patient communication,which can explain how to construct the communication behavior from macroscopic view and give meaning to communication behavior at the micro level.This dissertation uses participant observation study and interviewing method in intervention part to analyze doctor-patient communication problem in X Hospital of N City.The main manifestations are that the teleological action of medical staff suppresses the communication action,lacks the correct method of using communication symbols,inter-subjectivity communication mode and transpositional consideration.On this basis,a group work is designed to intervene in the problems.The first step is to help doctors and patients form a inter-subjectivity communication model and find out the problems of doctor-patient communication together.The second step is to guide doctors and patients to learn how to make up for the lack of transpositional consideration.The third step is to help doctors and patients understand the importance of communication action.The fourth step is to train doctors and patients how to use communication symbols correctly.Situational simulation,role-playing,video appreciation,games and other activities in group work have increased the interest of the group,and the effect of intervention has been evaluated.In the last part,this dissertation puts forward suggestions to improve doctor-patient communication,and discusses the problems encountered in intervention.
