Objectives:Take a tertiary-grade class-A hospital in Yunnan Province as an example,to investigate the current situation of burnout,doctor-patient relationship and psychological resilience of medical workers in upper first-class hospitals in Yunnan Province.To explore the influencing factors of medical workers'job burnout,doctor-patient relationship and psychological resilience.To study the relationship of medical workers' burnout,doctor-patient relationship and psychological resilience.Make targeted recommendations to alleviate the occupational burnout of medical workers,build a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients,and improve the level of psychological resilience of medical workers.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among 407 medical workers in a tertiary-grade class-A hospital in Yunnan Province.Using the Maslach Burnout Scale(MBI-HSS),the Doctor-Patient Relationship Scale(DDPRQ-10)and the Connor-Davision Elasticity Scale(CD).-RISC)to measure separately the burnout,doctor-patient relationship and psychological resilience of medical workers.The data were analyzed by SPSS 22.0 software.The main statistical methods were t test,analysis of variance,correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.Results:1.The total score of burnout of all the medical workers surveyed was 51.04±8.86;the medical workers of different ages,marital status,positions,titles,hiring methods and working years were depersonalized and had low achievement in burnout.There was a statistically significant difference in each dimensionality(p<0.05).2.The total score of doctor-patient relationship among all the medical workers surveyed is 31.71±5.85;the medical workers of different ages,positions and titles have significant differences in the subjectivity of the doctor's subjectivity and the objective behavior of the patient in doctor-patient relationship.(p<0.05).3.The total score of psychological resilience of all medical workers surveyed is 84.96± 14.75;the medical workers of different genders,ages,marital status,positions,titles,hiring methods and working years have statistically significant differences in resilient,strong and optimistic of psychological resilience(p<0.05).4.There is a significant positive correlation between the burnout of medical workers and the relationship between doctors and patients.There is a significant negative correlation between psychological resilience and burnout,and a significant negative correlation between psychological resilience and doctor-patient relationship.The correlation coefficient ranges from 0.41 to 0.64(p<0.001).5.The dimensions of doctor-patient relationship have significant predictive effects on the burnout of medical workers.The dimensions of psychological elasticity have significant predictive effects on burnout and doctor-patient relationship(p<0.001).Conclusions:1.Different types of medical workers have differences in the situation of burnout,doctor-patient relationship and psychological resilience.2.The better the doctor-patient relationship,the lighter the burnout of medical workers;the higher the level of psychological resilience of medical workers,the lighter the burnout and the better the relationship between doctors and patients.3.The relationship between doctors and patients can predict the burnout of medical workers;the level of psychological resilience of medical workers can predict the burnout and doctor-patient relationship.
