The Influence Of Doctor-patient Relationship Perceived By Doctors On Their Job Involvement

At present,China is in the critical period of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way.People’s living standards are steadily improving,and the basic necessities of life are gradually changing.However,with the increase of the incidence of diseases,the types of diseases are becoming more and more diverse.Hospitals are crowded every day,and doctors’professional pressure are also increasing,and "medical troubles" events occur frequently,seriously affect the harmonious degrees of the doctor-patient relationship,doctor psychological security has also been affected,in different extent,also affect the doctor to the patient’s trust,will affect the doctor’s job involvement.In order to make patients "easy to see a doctor"doctors’ physical and mental health,and the benign development of society,doctors’perceived doctor-patient relationship problems must be paid attention to.Therefore,this study aims to explore the intermediate role of psychological security and doctor-patient trust between doctor-patient relationship perceived by doctors and their job involvement.The study selected in this study was 600 doctors in third-grade class-A hospital in northeast China,and the problems of doctors’ perceived doctor-patient relationship,psychological security,trust and work involvement were studied and analyzed in detail by using questionnaire survey method.By means of variance analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis,this paper examines the differences between doctors ’ perceived doctor-patient relationship,psychological security,hospital-patient trust and work involvement on different demographic variables,and constructs the structural equation model of doctors’ perceived doctor-patient relationship,psychological security,patient trust and work involvement,It also probes into the intermediary role of psychological security and doctor-patient trust between the perceived doctor-patient relationship and work involvement.It is hoped that the data and conclusions of this study can contribute to the construction of harmonious doctor-patient relationship and make rationalization suggestions for the work of doctors.The results of the study show that:First,doctors’ perceived doctor-patient relationship is lower than the median.Psychological security,doctor-patient trust and work involvement are higher than the median.Second,doctors’ perceived doctor-patient relationship,psychological security,doctor-patient trust and work involvement in the demographic statistics variables are different.Third,there is a relevant role between doctors’ perceived doctor-patient relationship,work involvement,psychological security and doctor-patient trust.Among them,doctors ’ perceived doctor-patient relationship is negatively correlated with work involvement,psychological security and doctor-patient trust.The psychological security of doctors was positively correlated with the work involvement and doctor-patient trust,and there was a positive correlation between doctor-patient trust and medical input.Forth,psychological security and patient trust play an intermediary role between doctors’ perceived doctor-patient relationship and work involvement.The results show that doctors ’ perceived doctor-patient relationship can have an impact on the level of doctors ’ work involvement through psychological security and doctor-patient trust.Finally,this paper expounds the relevant suggestions on the harmonious and healthy development of medical undertakings.
