Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Uterine Gland Dysfunction With Dry Eye By TCM Syndrome Differentiation

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of TCM syndrome differentiation on eyelid gland dysfunction dry eye(Elimination of obstructive type,no extensive tarsal gland atrophy).Methods: A total of 72 patients with tibial gland dysfunction dry eye were enrolled in this study from January 2016 to December 2016,and were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Among them,36 patients,The control group of 36 cases.The treatment group in the control group to the meibomian gland massage and sodium hyaluronate eye drops on the basis of treatment,according to the traditional Chinese medicine by traditional Chinese medicine oral.Two groups were treated for 7 days for a course of treatment,a total of four courses of treatment,no interval between the treatment,10 days after the end of the telephone follow-up.The changes of tear film rupture time,tear wave width,tear secretion test,corneal fluorescein staining and meibomian gland obstruction were observed at the time of enrollment and after each course of treatment.Finally,the statistical analysis of data to evaluate the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation on the meibomian gland dysfunction dry eye clinical efficacy.Results: There were 7 cases of shedding cases in the course of this study,31 cases in the final treatment group,34 cases in the control group and 65 cases in the total cases.There was no significant difference between the two groups before baseline(P> 0.05).(P <0.01),the total score decreased.After treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group(P <0.01).Compared with the control group,the total score of the clinical group was significantly higher than that of the control group 0.01).(P <0.01),the width of the tears increased(P <0.01),and the secretion of tear increased(P <0.01),and the tearing time of the treatment group and the controlgroup was compared with that of the control group(P <0.01).The treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P <0.01).The treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P <0.05),and the difference between the two groups was significant(P <0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups(P <0.05).Conclusion:(1).TCM syndrome differentiation treatment of meibomian gland dysfunction dry eye,can improve the dry eye in patients with dryness,visual fatigue and other clinical symptoms,effectively prolong the tear film rupture time,To increase the width of the tears to promote tear secretion,to help repair the corneal epithelium,to alleviate the meibomian gland obstruction,and the application of tarsal gland massage with sodium hyaluronate eye drops compared to the effect is more significant.(2).In this study,31 types of TCM syndromes were observed in the treatment group,and the spleen and stomach dampness heat syndrome was the most important(15 cases,48.39%),followed by liver heat and heat syndrome(9 cases,29.03%),liver and kidney yin were the most common in the treatment group(5 cases,16.13%),while the lung yin deficiency syndrome did not appear,and the incidence of Qi and Yin Deficiency was lower(2 cases,6.45%).It can be seen that the meibomian gland dysfunction dry eye of the distribution of TCM syndromes mainly spleen and stomach,but in view of the subject of research samples Smaller,it is still clinical observation for the next step.(3)TCM syndrome differentiation treatment of meibomian gland dysfunction dry eye good safety.This study shows that the treatment of tibial gland dysfunction dry eye clinical efficacy is more accurate,toxic side effects are not obvious,high safety.For the meibomian gland dysfunction in dry eye patients to provide a more effective treatment means that reflects the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine treatment and advantages,has a certain clinical practical and reference value.
