Curative Effect Observation Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Smoked Eye Combined With Meibomian Gland Massage In The Treatment Of Dry Eye With Lung-yin Deficiency Syndrome

Objective:To observe the effect of TCM fumigation and eyelid gland massage in patients with lung Yin deficiency.Methods:70 patients(140 eyes)in a third-grade hospital in Changsha from July 2020 to January 2021 were randomized into trial and control groups,with 35 patients in each group.Test group:traditional Chinese medicine smoked eye combined with eyelid gland massage+sodium glassicate eye drops:control group:sodium glassicate eye drops.The course is 4 weeks.Patients recorded tear membrane rupture time(BUT)before and after treatment,tear secretion determination(SIT),corneal fluorescein staining(FL),ocular table disease index score(OSDI),eyelid limb abnormal score(EMAS),eyelid gland secretion trait score(MGYSS),and then the observation indicators were analye with SPSS24.0 statistical analysis system to compare the efficacy of the two groups.?2 is used for comparison of count data;Kruskal-Wallis H is used for grade data comparison;P<0.05 is of statistical significance.Result:(1)There were 70 patients with dry eyes in the study,35 test and control groups,age,gender and course of the two groups,and comparable(P>0.05).(2)Comparison of dry eye efficacy:test group was 91.43%,control group 68.57%,with statistical significance(P<0.05).(3)Time of tear membrane rupture(BUT):no statistical difference between pretreatment test group(3.94±1.676)and control group(3.50 ± 1.82(P>0.05),and no statistical difference of tear membrane rupture time between the two groups(P<0.05).(4)Tears discharge measurement(SIT):no statistical difference between the trial group(4.63±2.594)and 4.43±1.325(P>0.05)and in the measurement of the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).(5)Corneal fluorescein staining(FL):differences between pretrial group(4.47±0.775)and control group(4.77±1.819)(P>0.05)and corneal staining in the two groups(P<0.05).(6)Blephareyelid abnormalities score(EMAS):no statistical difference between the trial group(2.77 ± 0.726)and 2.90 ± 0.871(P>0.05)and the results of the two groups(P<0.05).(7)The score(MGYSS):no statistical difference between the trial group(2.30 ± 0.688)and 2.34 ± 0.899)(P>0.05)and the results of the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).(8)Eye Table Disease Index score(OSDI):no statistical difference between pretreatment trial group(23.57 ± 6.35)and control group(25.60±6.62)(P>0.05)and the eye table disease index score between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation eye and eyelid gland massage in the treatment of lung Yin deficiency has obvious effect of dry eye drops,which is obviously better than simple sodium glassicate eye drops.(2)Chinese medicine smoked eye combined with eyelid gland massage treatment of lung Yin deficiency certificate Dry eyes can prolong the time of tear membrane rupture,increase tear secretion and promote the recovery of corneal epithelium,effectively improve the eyelid edge status,eyelid gland secretion characteristics and local iscomfort symptoms in patients with dry eyes,reduced pain and discomfort,and increased patient compliance.
