With the progress of society,people pay more and more attention to health,doctors are health guards,with a stable team of doctors in order to ensure the health of people's lives.The degree of professional development of a doctor directly affects the performance of his job responsibilities,and his career success is an important condition for protecting the patient's cure rate.This paper studies the doctor's perception of career call from the perspective of psychology,and explores how the doctor's career call will have an impact on career success.The term "call" originates from the field of theology and religion,which meaned that the individual was strongly guided by God to work or to provide assistance and service to others.And gradually evolved into the "career call",the career call emphasizes the strong passions and strengths to some kind of work field that an individual experienced,including calling experience,pro-sociality,professional significance,and inner motivation four dimensions.However,career success emphasizes the positive psychological or work-related achievements that a person accumulated in the process of his career development.It can be measured through four dimensions,which includes career progress,free and happy,recognition,and the relationship network.At the same time,doctors,as a specific target group,have their own occupational particularity.This paper,taking the doctor as the research object,studies the relationship between career call and career success.This paper adopted the method of literature analysis and systematic research,and put forward the research problem and the way to solve the problem.It established the theoretical research model and the basic hypothesis from the aspects of doctor's career call and career success respectively.SPSS and LISREL software were used to analyze the 552 valid questionnaires of 25 hospitals in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.The structural equation model was used to carry out hypothesis test and model verification.The empirical study has got the conclusion as follows: Among the variables of the doctor's call,the calling experience,the pro-sociality and the professional significance have a prominently positive effect on the career development dimension;the calling experience and inner motivation have a prominently positive effect on the free and happy dimension;the calling experience has a prominently positive effect on the recognition dimension;the pro-sociality and inner motivation have a prominently effect on the relationship network dimension.Besides,the inner motivation dimension significantly affects the career development dimension;the pro-sociality and the professional significance dimensions have a prominently negative effect on the free and happy dimension;the pro-sociality dimension has a prominently negative effect on the recognition dimension;the professional significance has a prominently negative effect on the relationship network dimension.This article proposes management measures that are conducive to the success of the doctor's career,including the promotion of a doctor's intention to cultivate a career call concept to promote career success;to strengthen the doctor's learning and training opportunities,to promote medical ethics to promote career progress;to establish and improve the relevant organizations,To provide protection,to enhance the doctor's identity of his occupation and to achieve professional value,to career success.
